Jon explains how to setup and use a Behringer BCF2000 Control Surface in REAPER.
Using BCF preset 2 and Mackie controller mode you get instant access to volume, panning, mute, track selection and transport.
Using the encoder groups buttons allows access to solos, record enable, automation modes, loop playback, metronome, project save, inserting markers and fader flip mode to use faders for pan and knobs for volume.

Thanks to Jorge Cid for helping me figure out the buttons.
EDIT 04/11/2015 – after some searching I found some documents related to the BCF
BCF/BCR2000 User Manual [PDF] for BCF mode only
BCF2000 Quick Start Guide Rev 1 [PDF] covers things missing from the manual such as emulation modes
BCF2000 Emulation Modes [PDF]
This image shows the mapping for the Mackie Control emulation. This is partially accurate for REAPER.
Related: make the BCF2000 follow track visibility

Hello!
That worked fine for me, too. But can you send the manuals again, please? The link is broken :/
Thanks in advance!
updated. thanks for letting me know!
A few years ago, I had this working. However, in Reaper 6.0.3. my BCF200 no longer follows visible tracks in Reaper. This may just be pilot error. But perhaps something has changed in Reaper?
