It’s been a really long time but an official SWS-Extension update has finally come out. In this video I’m attempting to make sense of the mile-long changelog spanning over a year.

SWS is the essential expansion for REAPER which adds hundreds of actions and functions to make REAPER better.

17:02 – Track height locking obeyed by sws actions correction I was wrong about this. In last pre-release this was true but in release version it was reverted to prevent breaking established workflows. This might become an option in the future.

18:00 – fix for remove all envelopes crash
18:13 – close floating fx works with take fx now
18:43 – float next fx actions skip offline fx
19:11 – toggle track envelopes works with latch preview
19:41 – some sws actions have been renamed and/or depreciated
