In this video we’re going through the process of mastering, exporting, and uploading a 4-song EP.

Audio is dropped into an empty reaper project and organized using Regions, which will allow us to change the order, timing between songs, and use $region wildcard for export naming.

Audio is processed with EQ, multiband compression, limiting, and whatever else is needed.

The project is rendered using Master mix and Project Regions bounds. This will automatically create a separate file for each song in the project.

File name is $region number – Artist name – $region

Export at 16-bit 44.1kHz WAV files.

Using DistroKid upload your music and fill in all the song details like title, image and price.

And just like that DistroKid gets your music in ALL the major streaming platforms at once for one low yearly price. Upload as often as you want with no additional price per release.
