Quick summary of some important changes

MacOS Universal installer – works on either Intel or M1 processors; Rosetta toggle in Get Info to force Intel version.
r8brain samplerate conversion – offers best quality conversion when going above or below project sample rate. Provided by Voxengo.
media playback offset – renamed to more accurately describe audio/MIDI items are offset, not the track output.
OpenGL – Windows and Linux users should enable this option in video preferences for better video playback performance
FFMPEG 4.4 – Windows users should install ffmpeg 4.4 to enable h.264 video rendering. This update fixes previous issues with audio in exported file.
