Digitt just released a webapp to simplify the creation of your REAPER toolbar icons with a huge library of icons and simple color controls for the icon, background, and border, including gradients.
The cost is $5 and is available now on his gumroad store
After making this video there is already a new feature: saving and loading settings. Which means you can resume making toolbar icons at a later date rather than trying to do all in one session. For consistency across all your icons, this a great feature.
