On the turning off all plugins question doesn’t pressing “n” turn off all FX?
It does on mine and I don’t think I have set this up myself

Sorry, I am being an idiot “n” is set to “Nudge” by default.
The key I meant was “b” which is set to “Track: Toggle FX Bypass on all tracks” by default
I think 🙂
