5.40 update (available now) includes notable features such as Spectrogram Peak view and Swing grid in the arrange view, but before we get to that we need to catch up on a couple notable changes from V5.33 and 5.34
00:18 – Recording: record during audio pre-roll (extend left edge of media item to reveal pre-roll recording)
02:25 – REX: when adjusting project tempo or stretching media, adjust REX embedded tempo rather than resampling

If you right-click in the transport bar you’ll find the option
Oh, yes, but it never gets centered like yours, it only move to the right of the time view.
