I usually don’t read these – I just get the latest Reaper iteration. I happened across this one, and noticed that they addressed a couple of things I had thought about! That’s one of the nicest things about Reaper – if there is a bug, there is a good chance that someone on one of these forums will notice it and comment. And the makers of Reaper will address it immediately! Not so common with other DAWs!

Could we get a global velocity curve added, for those of us who have keyboards that don’t offer that at the hardware level?

I know there are JSFX plugins, but those have to be applied manually and run as a separate process. It would be nice to set it globally, like you can do in FL Studio and other apps.

    Thanks for the great update!

Hi Jon, did a small check on ‘ FX: update parameter display in TCP/MCP’ in both 6.12c and 6.13. But in both versions it works as it is on 6.14. So looks like they mean something different with it I think. But not sure what

appreciate you checking that for me. I have no clue what that could mean if it’s not that.

A bit of a dumb question but since the update I have not been able to get any of my FX to read my individual drum pieces because they are all bussed to the parent drum track, how do I get the FX to read them?

Hi Jon, Through one of your ReaperBlog updates I learned about the SWS ext. for Region Playlists. Very helpul and useful, so thank you!

A question: Is there a feature that allows me to edit (add 8 new measures) to Region 2 without messing up the later regions. Currently I have to move Region#2 to the end of my project, edit it, adjust the region boundaries then move it back to its original placement. Any chance there is an SWS extension or better workflow for me? If there is a video already discussing this, I would love to know. Cheers.
