Inserting notes
At Edit Cursor
Insert = Edit: Insert note at edit cursor

At Mouse Position
A = Edit: Insert note at mouse cursor

+ preset velocity (see tutorial video)
1 = Custom: Insert note under mouse (Max Velocity)
  Edit: Unselect all
  Edit: Insert note at mouse cursor
  Script: X-Raym_Set selected notes velocity to 127.eel
2 = Custom: Insert note under mouse (High Velocity)
  Edit: Unselect all
  Edit: Insert note at mouse cursor
  Script: X-Raym_Set selected notes velocity to 100.eel
3 = Custom: Insert note under mouse (Med Velocity)
  Edit: Unselect all
  Edit: Insert note at mouse cursor
  Script: X-Raym_Set selected notes velocity to 76.eel
4 = Custom: Insert note under mouse (Low Velocity)
  Edit: Unselect all
  Edit: Insert note at mouse cursor
  Script: X-Raym_Set selected notes velocity to 34.eel

Modifying Notes
Semitone
Cmd-Up = Edit: Move notes up one semitone
Cmd-down = Edit: Mo
ve notes down one semitone

Octave
Cmd-shift-Up = Edit: Move notes up one octave
Cmd-shift-down = Edit: Move notes down one octave

Position
By grid unit
Cmd-Left = Edit: Move notes left one grid unit
Cmd-Right = Edit: Move notes right one grid unit

Nudging
Cmd-shift-left = Edit: Move notes left one pixel
Cmd-shift-right = Edit: Move notes right one pixel
Cmd-option-mousewheel = Edit: Move events left/right (mousewheel/MIDI relative only)

Y = Custom: move note to edit cursor
  Edit: Cut
  Edit: Paste

Velocity/MIDI CC
Cmd-Mousewheel = Edit: Adjust value for events (mousewheel/MIDI controller only)

Moving Edit Cursor
Left = Navigate: Move edit cursor left by grid
Right = Navigate: Move edit cursor right by grid
Up = Edit: Increase pitch cursor one semitone
Down = Edit: Decrease pitch cursor one semitone
Opt-shift-up = Edit: Increase pitch cursor one octave
Opt-Shift-Down = Edit: Decrease pitch cursor one octave

Grid Size
Opt-Right = Grid: Multiply grid size by 1/2
Opt-Left = Grid: Multiply grid size
by 2x

Cut/Copy/Paste/Duplicate
X = Edit: Cut
Cmd-Shift-X = Edit: Cut events within time selection, if any (smart cut)
C = Edit: Copy
Cmd-Shift-C = Edit: Copy events within time selection, if any (smart copy)
V = Edit: Paste
Cmd-D = Custom: MIDI Duplicate
  Edit: Copy
  Navigate: Move edit cursor to end of selected events in active MIDI media item
  Edit: Paste
Cmd-Shift-D = Edit: Duplicate events within time selection, if any (smart duplicate)

    I can’t find the “Navigate: Move edit cursor to end of selected events in active MIDI media item” action to create the custom MIDI Duplicate action. Changed in version 6.43?

      Scratch that – forgot to change search section from ‘Main’ to ‘MIDI Editor’. Doh!
