I love running my tracks through hardware fx, but it’s always a pain to get things printed back to the project. Let’s fix that with a custom action to prepare tracks for reamping on the same track.
You’ll also learn how to easily add a prefix or suffix to track names with SWS Cycle Actions.
Custom: Reamp Single Track (Mono)
Track: Set track record mode to output (mono)
Track: Set track record output mode to post-FX, pre-fader
SWS: Set selected track(s) monitor track media while recording
Xenakios/SWS: Set selected tracks record armed
Custom: Reamp Single Track (Stereo)
Track: Set track record mode to output (stereo)
Track: Set track record output mode to post-FX, pre-fader
SWS: Set selected track(s) monitor track media while recording
Xenakios/SWS: Set selected tracks record armed
Custom: Post Reamp
SWS/S&M: Bypass all FX for selected tracks
Xenakios/SWS: Set selected tracks record unarmed
