I’m living in an apartment now, so I can no longer play through an amp whenever I like. This is my current setup for guitar practice and direct recording with analog and digital gear. My pedal board is minimal and aimed at post-rock tones with lots of delay and several distortion style options.

At some point I’d like to integrate my tube amp into this rig, so please recommend me an affordable load box that works well.

The Harley Benton PA-100 is a great load box/attenuator for tube amps… really cheap, and sounds great.
Takes 4, 8 or 16 ohm amps, works as either an attenuator letting you turn down you volume or as a complete load box so you can DI…

I use a radial SGI and some long mic cables to a tube amp in my basement, pretty happy with that.
